This role converts showroom and digital interest into delivered vehicles and long-term relationships.

You will manage your prospect pipeline, present vehicle features, coordinate test drives, and complete accurate sales documentation, ensuring clean handoffs to F&I.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience)
• State Sales License and valid Driver License
• Strong communication, basic math for discounts/commissions, and sound judgment
• Understanding of equity, value, and depreciation conversations

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through a professional, compliant buying experience that meets volume, gross-profit, and customer-satisfaction standards.
• Manage prospect pipeline and owner follow-up.
• Present vehicle features and optional equipment.
• Coordinate test drives per policy.
• Complete accurate sales documentation and hand off to F&I.
