• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Collaborates with GM to improve guest metrics and scheduling.
• Reviews daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
