Job summary

RISE Modular in Minnesota is seeking a Recruiter & Employee Engagement Partner to join our People Operations team. This role blends traditional recruiting with efforts to elevate the employee experience across Owatonna and Plymouth, with time spent on the factory floor and in communities.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, build talent pipelines, partner with managers, and develop community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting both hourly/non-exempt and professional/exempt positions.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, construction, skilled trades or high-volume environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to find candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence to work with production employees to senior leaders.
• Interest in employee engagement, culture and community involvement.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple searches.
• Willingness to try new things and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse mix of hourly and salaried positions across RISE.
• Recruit skilled trades, production and non-exempt positions for our Owatonna facility.
• Recruit professional, technical, supervisory and exempt positions for Owatonna and Plymouth.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines before positions become urgent.
• Develop relationships with schools and community partners.
• Participate in job fairs, hiring events and other recruiting initiatives.
• Track recruiting activity and use data to improve how we attract talent.
• Build relationships with schools and community groups.
• Represent RISE at career fairs and community events.
• Develop creative ways to introduce people to careers in modular manufacturing.
• Help strengthen RISE's employment brand across southern Minnesota and the Twin Cities.
• Communicate what's happening across the organization.
