Abbott is seeking a Recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offers, partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to meet business needs. This onsite role is based in Minnetonka, MN and emphasizes proactive sourcing, interview facilitation, and offers management.

You will build candidate pipelines, ensure regulatory compliance, and strive for continuous improvement in time-to-fill and satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
• Interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiter role.
• Proficient with MS Office and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with managers and HR to understand needs and roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
• Create recruitment advertising and postings.
• Negotiate offers and build candidate relationships.
• Maintain candidate and process records in Workday.
• Support regulatory and quality requirements and events.
