Job summary

PAR Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Shoreview, MN to identify, engage and hire top engineering, manufacturing and technical talent. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build talent networks, and partner with hiring managers to fill critical roles in Minnesota and beyond.

You’ll use LinkedIn, job boards and referrals to source candidates, screen for fit, and deliver a positive candidate experience while representing our employer brand in a fast-paced, human-centric

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2-4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, or related Human Resources experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus channels.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews; manage candidate communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and provide recruiting guidance.
