Job summary

RISE Modular is seeking a Talent Attraction & Engagement Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for hourly and salaried roles at the Owatonna facility and Plymouth office. You will partner with leaders to craft practical recruiting strategies and build visible, community-connected talent pipelines.

You will also shape the employee experience by driving engagement initiatives, attending events, and strengthening the company’s employment brand across southern Minnesota and the Twin Cities.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to proactively find candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to engage in community partnerships and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse mix of hourly and salaried positions across RISE.
• Recruit skilled trades, production, professional, technical and exempt roles for both Owatonna and Plymouth offices.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop practical recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, partnerships and outreach.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Build pipelines before roles open and develop relationships with schools and community partners.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events and track activity to improve results.
