Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a part-time, PRN Human Resources Customer Service representative to join the Enterprise Corporate - People & Culture Shared Services team. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues on first contact, and support service levels while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, with 1 year HR or 5 years customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1 year HR experience or 5 years in customer service.
• Part-time, PRN status with core hours 7a-4:30p CST.

Responsibilities

• Respond to escalated HR Center inquiries by phone, website, or email.
• Resolve issues on first contact or escalate as needed.
• Document calls using a case management tool within SLAs.
• Escalate issues to People Operations Specialist and HRIS teams.
• Explain processes clearly and keep teammates informed.
• Meet performance metrics and quality guidelines.
