The role involves managing HR inquiries, improving self-service resources, and ensuring operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of relevant HR experience, strong technical skills with Workday and ServiceNow, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is preferred. Comprehensive benefits are offered, along with an hourly pay range of $27.31 - $30.34.
Qualifications
2+ years in HR Shared Services, People Operations, or high-volume customer-centric environment.
Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated to find root causes with data trends.
Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
Manage basic benefits, payroll, and HR inquiries, simplifying complex topics.
Meet and exceed quality standards while maintaining confidentiality.
Build and maintain self-service portal resources, writing and auditing knowledge base articles.
Track case trends and records, proposing process improvements.
Execute onboarding, job changes, and offboarding processes.
