• Deliver exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to employee and HR inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Administer HR processes including talent acquisition, internal transfers, organizational management, employee record maintenance, and class administration
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times
• Participate in continuous improvement projects; propose solutions to enhance HR support delivery
