Job summary

Reece & Fortiline is seeking a People Experience Business Partner to align PE strategies with business goals and lead talent initiatives. The role acts as a strategic partner to executives, guiding change, performance, and employee development across assigned units.

The candidate will leverage data to shape PE programs, coach leaders, and drive collaboration across divisions while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PE leadership with consulting to executives and teams.
• Ability to link PE strategy to business goals and influence broader PE practices.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy and PE initiatives.
• Design holistic PE solutions aligned with business goals and data insights.
• Guide talent strategies, pipelines, and processes with data-backed analysis.
• Coach managers, lead organizational change, and improve employee relations.
• Monitor metrics with PE group to optimize programs and policies.
