Job summary

Freese and Nichols is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver full-cycle HR support across designated groups. You will act as a consultant to management, aligning business objectives with employees, and driving HR excellence while serving as a change agent.

The role requires a hands-on, high-volume mindset with the ability to roll up sleeves, support leadership, and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that improve engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Analytical and goal-oriented.
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
• Thorough knowledge of labor law/legislation.

Responsibilities

• Consults with leaders and employees providing daily HR guidance and direction.
• Interface with all levels of the organization and align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze trends and metrics and share insights with leadership.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Lead performance management guidance, coaching, and development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
