Job summary

Amazon is hiring an HR Partner for the IXD Network to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations across site facilities. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, with a visible presence on the operations floor.

You will partner with PXT and Operations, execute standard work, coach frontline leaders, and track HR data to drive improvements in employee experience and culture at the Amarillo facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree required; HR-related degree preferred
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences and guiding processes

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience and HR programs across site operations
• Execute standard work with quality and timely service levels
• Respond to inquiries and resolve employee matters with discretion
• Assist in feedback channels and engagement initiatives
• Coach leaders on engagement and use of HR tools
• Monitor site engagement and culture-building activities
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for reviews
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions
