Job summary

You will partner with business leaders and the Talent Centers of Excellence to enhance the employee experience and help talent perform at their best, with a focus on the Public Institutions segment.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, strong employee relations, and the ability to navigate a remote, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience with employee relations investigations, claims, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy.
• Enable an exceptional employee experience across the lifecycle.
• Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support.
• Foster inclusion and employee belonging.
• Lead or participate in projects impacting business results.
