Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience.
• Experience with employee relations (investigations, claims, PM).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related discipline.
• Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization.
• Clear and effective communication across diverse stakeholders.

• Deliver local HR initiatives aligned with global strategy.
• Proactively anticipate opportunities and develop sustainable solutions.
• Ensure an exceptional employee experience across the lifecycle (onboarding, performance reviews, promotions).
