Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Chicago, IL is seeking a People Services Partner to support our HR and HR Ops teams. You will be a subject matter expert for HR queries within your vertical, delivering fast, accurate answers and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

You will handle escalations on pay, time tracking, benefits, and leaves, audit reports, and collaborate with COEs to resolve issues quickly. The role includes monthly calls, process improvements, and onboarding new partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience delivering high-quality employee support.
• Excellent communication with a customer-centric approach to inquiries.
• Experience with total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR operations/payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll, time tracking, benefits administration, and leave policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for escalations within the business line on pay, time tracking, benefits, and leaves.
• Audit case and satisfaction reports to improve handling and upskill HR Ops team.
• Collaborate with COEs to resolve escalations quickly and anticipate impacts.
• Join monthly HR Partner calls to share updates and advocate for business needs.
• Identify process improvements to reduce HRBP requests and improve efficiency.
• Manage HR Services projects needing end-to-end administrative support.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new HR Partners to ensure understanding of HR Operations.
