Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to enhance employee experience and engagement across PXT and Operations. You will drive leadership development, HR operational excellence, and employee support on the floor while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

The role emphasizes partnership with site leaders, data-driven insights, and deployment of HR programs to improve engagement and culture across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences (e.g., explaining processes, addressing concerns, providing guidance).
• Degree in HR, Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard HR processes with quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation and SLAs.
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in running feedback channels and engage with senior PXT to drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and effective use of HR tools and processes.
• Support site-level engagement initiatives and coordinate logistics and feedback collection.
• Track PXT data (attrition, hiring data, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for tool improvements.
