Job summary

Amazon's HR Partner on the PXT team provides support across site operations, focusing on employee experience, engagement, and HR operational excellence. The role emphasizes standard work, issue resolution, and coaching leaders to strengthen PXT practices onsite.

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, with potential travel to support multiple locations, while fostering a safe, inclusive culture and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience by executing HR programs and fostering a value-driven culture.
• Execute standard HR work with SLAs and document HR interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Assist in gathering feedback and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and tool usage to improve communication and recognition.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives and coordinate logistics.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews and team discussions.
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve adoption.
