Atoms is seeking a dynamic onboarding facilitator to lead new-hire experiences, coordinate onboarding logistics with the SSC, and curate learning content that helps leaders scale their teams. You will also help plan company-wide events and contribute to ongoing HR and employee experience initiatives.

Based in our San Francisco office, this full-time role emphasizes hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and creative content design to improve sessions and outcomes for new hires

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional experience in HR, Employee Engagement, Orientation Facilitation, Hospitality, or Event Management.
• Comfortable presenting in front of groups; proven ability to build rapport effortlessly.
• Tech-savvy, with practical experience automating manual workflows or streamlining administrative processes (LMS / digital training experience is a strong plus).
• Creative mindset with an eye for designing modern, memorable employee experiences.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate setting alongside cross-functional partners and operational teams.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary dynamic facilitator and host for the new hire onboarding experience: introduce executive speakers, guide interactive modules, coordinate departmental deep-dives, and continuously design creative content to keep sessions engaging.
• Partner with the Shared Services Center (SSC) to manage onboarding logistics, identify operational bottlenecks, and automate manual scheduling, communications, and tracking.
• Curate and distribute manager enablement toolkits and support digital, on-demand learning content to help leaders onboard, support, and scale their teams.
• Support the planning and execution of company all-hands meetings, office events, and internal celebrations.
• Support general HR and employee experience deliverables as the function evolves.
