Atoms is seeking an onboarding and HR experience specialist to guide new hires, coordinate onboarding modules, and create engaging content across teams.

You will partner with the SSC to streamline onboarding, curate enablement kits, plan company all-hands and events, and support broader HR initiatives. Based in San Francisco, onsite five days a week with competitive compensation and total rewards including equity and bonus.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional experience in HR, Employee Engagement, Orientation Facilitation, Hospitality, or Event Management.
• Comfortable presenting in front of groups; proven ability to build rapport.
• Tech-savvy, with practical experience automating manual workflows (LMS / digital training experience is a strong plus).
• Creative mindset with an eye for designing modern, memorable employee experiences.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate setting alongside cross-functional partners and operational teams.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary dynamic facilitator and host for the new hire onboarding experience: introduce executive speakers, guide interactive modules, coordinate departmental deep-dives, and continuously design creative content to keep sessions engaging.
• Partner with the Shared Services Center (SSC) to manage onboarding logistics, identify operational bottlenecks, and automate manual scheduling, communications, and tracking.
• Curate and distribute manager enablement toolkits and support digital, on-demand learning content to help leaders onboard, support, and scale their teams.
• Support the planning and execution of company all-hands meetings, office events, and internal celebrations.
• Support general HR and employee experience deliverables as the function evolves.
