• 8+ years in growth marketing or product-led growth roles.
• Experience leading product or partnership launches.
• Proven cross-functional execution with engineering and product.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering on onboarding, activation, and lifecycle triggers.
• Own upsell and cross-sell motions across the product suite.
• Drive funnel and conversion improvements across the customer journey.
• Lead GTM for new partnership launches.
• Build the 0-to-1 motion for partnership launches: messaging, plan, enablement.
• Develop a quantitative experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses and cadence.
• Build measurement infrastructure for leadership confidence in growth decisions.
• Identify and lead high-leverage special projects beyond the roadmap.
