Job summary

You will partner with leaders to drive engagement, onboarding, performance processes, and learning initiatives to scale a semiconductor workforce.

The role emphasizes confidential employee relations, program development, and the use of AI tools to improve HR outcomes while preserving compliance and company values.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years HR experience focused on at least two areas among engagement, relations, learning, or performance management.
• Strong understanding of employment practices and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working directly with employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire orientations.
• Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and culture programs.
• Manage employee engagement surveys and follow-up actions with leadership.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to develop engagement initiatives aligning with values.
• Support performance management cycles and manager resources.
• Develop and coordinate learning programs and facilitator materials.
• Utilize AI tools to improve HR program design and communications.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
