Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, onboarding, culture, talent, organizational development, or related programs.
• Knowledge of employee experience, organizational culture, change management, and program management principles.
• Ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives and balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to analyze data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Ability to develop scalable solutions that improve experiences for a diverse workforce.
• Ability to build effective partnerships and influence across functions and levels.
• Strong verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and enhances enterprise employee experience programs across onboarding through offboarding.
• Leads onboarding experiences to support early engagement, belonging, and productivity.
• Develops leader onboarding programs to accelerate cultural understanding and leadership responsibilities.
• Integrates mission, purpose, and values into experiences through programs, communications, and learning.
• Creates tools and playbooks to provide guidance and consistent support.
• Designs programs supporting transitions, promotions, transfers, leadership changes, and offboarding.
• Partners with HR and stakeholders to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Uses feedback and metrics to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Leverages technology and self-service resources to improve accessibility and efficiency.
