Cybotic System is seeking an experienced HR leader in San Jose to guide employee relations, investigations, performance management, and recruitment across a fast-growing workforce. This role will partner with site leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and ensure compliance in a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will balance strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on support, managing HR for multiple sites or internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and recruitment.
• Experience leading high-volume recruitment to support rapid growth.
• HR leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
• HR in multi-site or global organizations is a plus.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and HR data reporting.
