Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Chicago seeks an enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to support the Access, Visibility, & Experience function and CRG initiatives. You will work closely with Global HR leaders and help keep HR programs running smoothly across the organization.

You will manage complex calendars, assist with budgets and vendor invoices, maintain HR data in ServiceNow and HyattConnect, and drive process improvements while upholding Hyatt's culture of care and its values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience, including 1 year of Human Resources experience (preferably in a corporate environment)
• Associates degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Calendar Management - Manage HR Leadership team members complex calendar, travel, and meeting logistics.
• Program & CRG Coordination - Support the planning and execution of Colleague Resource Group initiatives and HR programs.
• Budget & Expense Management - Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and financial coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Operational & Systems Support - Maintain organizational data such as CRG locations, contact lists, and shared tools. Provide administrative support for HyattConnect and for systems like ServiceNow and ensure requests are tracked and resolved.
• Process Improvement - Review administrative and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies. Recommend and implement improvements that enhance team productivity and simplify processes.
• Special Projects - Support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed, often tied to strategic partnerships, HR priorities, and global programs.
• Demonstrates a commitment to Hyatt core values.
