Job summary

Namely is seeking a People Business Coordinator to support the India People Advisory team in Hyderabad. You will manage employee queries via ServiceNow, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and help implement HR programs with a focus on data accuracy and employee experience.

In this role you will collaborate with managers and HR stakeholders, maintain HR data across systems, and contribute to dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services / Coordination.
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Employee Query Management: Manage and resolve employee queries through ServiceNow within defined SLAs.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Onboarding, internal movements, and exit processes.
• Advisory Business Coordination: Support People Advisors in managing business requests and employee cases.
• Data, Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate employee data across systems and generate reports.
• Compliance & Policy Execution: Ensure adherence to India-specific labor laws and company policies.
• HR Programs & Initiatives: Support execution of key India People initiatives.
