Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of People Operations to build and lead the HR function for our India-based team in a remote-first global setup. You will own recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and offboarding, shaping scalable policies and processes.

You will partner with leadership to ensure consistent people practices in line with Indian labor law and statutory requirements, while driving an engaging employee experience across remote teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR operations experience supporting an India-based workforce.
• Proficiency with payroll administration, HRIS platforms, and Indian statutory compliance including EPF, ESI, and tax withholding.
• Full-time remote position with broad ownership across the people function.
• Autonomy to shape scalable HR processes and directly influence the employee experience.
