Job summary

Kitchell in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a People Experience Generalist – Employee Lifecycle to design and manage end-to-end HR processes. You will recruit for corporate roles, own onboarding and offboarding, ensure policy compliance, and use workforce data to continually improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Strong communication and service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for corporate positions from requisition through offer.
• Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and strategies.
• Create a positive candidate experience and ensure a consistent process.
• Monitor recruiting activity and metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Administer Employee Referral Program.
• Own onboarding experience across Kitchell companies.
• Coordinate with People Experience Coordinator on documentation and system transactions.
• Gather feedback and assess onboarding effectiveness for improvement.
• Support offboarding to ensure respectful transitions.
• Maintain policy administration and compliance documentation.
• Prepare workforce reports and analyze turnover trends.
• Contribute to People Experience initiatives and cross-functional projects.
