Kitchell is seeking a People Experience Generalist – Employee Lifecycle to create a thoughtful, consistent, and engaging employee journey across our family of companies. In this role you will combine hands-on HR expertise with a passion for improving processes and experiences that connect people to our organization.

You will recruit for corporate positions, strengthen recruiting operations, own onboarding and offboarding experiences, support compliance, and use feedback and workforce data to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with discretion handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate recruiting activities from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
• Own onboarding experiences across Kitchell companies.
• Own the employee offboarding experience and analyze feedback.
• Support policy updates, compliance documentation, and workforce reporting.
• Strengthen and analyze recruiting, turnover, and workforce metrics.
