Job summary

Everwise Credit Union in Mishawaka, IN, seeks a Culture + Engagement Manager to design and lead programs that foster an inclusive, engaging employee experience across the lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational behavior, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ HR experience, preferably in a HR Business Partner capacity.
• 2+ years’ experience developing, implementing and administering engagement and inclusion strategies and programs.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with leadership, develop and execute the organization’s employee engagement strategy across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Draw meaningful insights from internal and external data to recommend strategies, create narratives, and push solutions forward with insights and action plans.
• Advocate, champion and advise all levels of employees, partnering with HR on engagement topics and embedding inclusion into culture.
• Design and deliver education for colleagues to drive inclusion and belonging.
• Establish relationships with local organizations and advocacy groups to enhance the Everwise brand.
• Lead HR internal communications including well-being, performance management, culture and surveys.
• Create and sustain an annual engagement calendar highlighting diverse topics and well-being events.
• Lead the employee engagement survey strategy (Gallup Q12, Great Place to Work) including administration, timelines, results, and action planning.
• Participate in projects that positively impact the employee workplace experience.
