Job summary

Everwise Credit Union seeks a Culture + Engagement Manager to design and drive an inclusive employee experience across the lifecycle. You will partner with leaders, HR, and staff to build initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and personal growth.

You will lead internal communications, foster belonging, and develop training resources. Travel to events may be required as part of community outreach and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational behavior, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• 2+ years developing engagement and inclusion programs; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organization-wide employee engagement strategy across the lifecycle.
• Draw insights from data, produce narratives, and drive action plans with leadership.
• Design education for inclusion and belonging; lead internal communications on programs.
• Lead surveys (e.g., Gallup Q12, Great Place to Work) and report results to leadership.
• Partner with HR to promote awareness of benefits, policies, and initiatives.
