The role focuses on engagement programs, ERGs, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration across People Operations, shaping a trusting and high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, talent development, or related discipline.
• Experience analyzing employee data and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or action planning sessions.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of survey methodology, organizational effectiveness, change management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's employee listening strategy, including the annual engagement survey lifecycle and focus groups, pulse surveys, interviews, and feedback initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to define listening objectives and measure organizational health.
• Translate employee feedback into actionable strategies and coach leaders on implementing plans.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback and present insights to leadership.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations; facilitate debriefs and action planning.
• Provide strategic leadership for engagement programs like mentoring and ERGs.
