You will be the first point of contact for Associates, delivering cheerful, solutions-oriented service. Key duties include scheduling support, onboarding, I-9 administration, and assisting with payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience in hospitality.
• Luxury hotel/resort experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line ambassador of the People office and assist Associates.
• Provide scheduling support, password resets, and general HR questions.
• Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Administer I-9 documents and verify employment eligibility.
• Maintain personnel files and confidential Associate data.
• Assist payroll, benefits, and engagement initiatives.
