Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking a People Experience Specialist to own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate data, strong process governance, and a focus on an exceptional employee experience.

You will partner across regions, leverage HR technology, and drive continuous improvement in People processes while supporting reporting and analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Administration, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and drive process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding, including transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leaves of absence, and terminations.
• Ensure employee transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and local requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding People processes, policies, and programs.
• Maintain employee records and documentation with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate leave of absence administration and employee status changes in partnership with managers, payroll, benefits, and external vendors as needed.
• Support a positive employee experience by ensuring People processes are clear, efficient, and employee-focused.
• Evaluate existing People processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
• Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to create scalable and sustainable ways of working.
• Partner with People team members to identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary manual work.
• Participate in People projects and initiatives focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
