Job summary

IG North America, home to tastytrade, tastylive, and tastyfx, is seeking a People Experience Partner to lead engagement programs and measure impact across the employee lifecycle. You will design listening strategies, collaborate with HRBPs, and drive data-informed improvements that shape how teams feel about their work and the company direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience in People/HR, employee experience, talent management, or program/project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration of the organization's employee engagement surveys and track completion rates.
• Analyze survey results to identify themes, trends, and root causes; translate data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Partner with HR leadership to build and track action plans with accountability and measurement of improvement.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and readouts for decision-making on engagement.
• Manage end-to-end People Experience programs including scoping, planning, and measurement of impact.
• Create and maintain a people experience calendar and budget for engagement initiatives.
