The role emphasizes talent development, merchandising execution, payroll and budget management, and KPI-driven decisions to optimize store performance and customer experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coach and develop teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on the customer.
• Demonstrated experience with merchandising, payroll, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; develop succession plans by training and developing your team.
