Job summary

Archer seeks a People Data Analytics & Systems Analyst in San Jose, CA to optimize people data, HR systems, and analytics workflows. This hands-on role will integrate data from multiple sources, build dashboards, and deliver insights to support smarter workforce decisions.

You will partner with Finance and People Ops to forecast headcount, own HR systems (including Workday), and drive scalable analytics solutions across Archer’s People team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting People Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of People data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI, engagement, learning & development).
• Experience in data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations for Archer’s People team and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity with confidential information.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to internal and external audiences, with ability to influence.
• Self-starter and quick learner, comfortable with ambiguity and filling gaps.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain people data infrastructure by organizing, cleaning, and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Partner with Finance and People Operations to design headcount tracking and workforce forecasts.
• Own HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday) to optimize workflows and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Execute analytics deliverables while identifying automation opportunities and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate across teams on People programs and ad hoc requests.
• Balance scrappy and structured approaches, drawing on startup and mature-process experiences.
