Archer in San Jose, California is seeking a seasoned Data Analytics Lead for People insights. You will organize diverse data, collaborate with Finance and People Ops to forecast headcount, and drive reporting through dashboards to inform leadership.

You will translate analytics into actionable guidance for Archer’s People team, shaping workforce planning, DEI, and development initiatives while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting data analytics.
• Strong understanding of People data and lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, development, planning, DEI, engagement, learning).
• Experience in data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations for Archer’s People team and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity with confidential data.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking.
• Strong writer and verbal communicator to internal and external audiences.
• Self-starter and comfortable with ambiguity; able to define roles as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, clean, and combine structured and unstructured data; identify data quality improvements.
• Partner with Finance and People Operations to manage headcount forecasting processes.
• Lead and manage all People related systems and tools for operational efficiency.
• Develop visually compelling reports and dashboards using quantitative analysis.
• Execute current People analytics deliverables and innovate for future efficiency.
• Support other People programs or ad hoc requests.
