Archer, located in San Jose, California, seeks a senior head of Enterprise Data & Analytics to shape and execute a company-wide data strategy. You will lead data architecture, governance, analytics, and data science, while balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

The role requires building capable teams, partnering with business and IT leaders, and delivering scalable data assets across the organization to drive growth, regulatory readiness, and trusted analytics.

Formación

• Bachelors in CS/DS/Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven 10+ years in data management, analytics, or related roles with leadership.
• Experience leading teams of data architects and/or data scientists.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, warehousing, and analytics platforms (cloud-based preferred).
• Experience establishing data governance and quality frameworks in regulated/public companies.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Familiarity with SOX, financial reporting data requirements, and audit support.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks (cloud data warehouses, BI tools, orchestration frameworks).
• Demonstrated success scaling data capabilities with rapid business growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
