Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking an Human Resource Coordinator to support HR activities, onboarding, and employee relations. The role collaborates with the HR Manager, corporate HR staff, and plant leadership to implement policies and ensure compliance.

The position covers recruiting, onboarding, training, and policy implementation, with emphasis on EMS and QMS awareness and effective communication across the facility.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Five years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to read, write and speak English effectively.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of personal employee information and company records.
• Administer employee transfers, leave, changes in status and information.
• Collect new hire information for payroll and enter into HRIS and Timekeeping systems.
• File personnel, medical and workers' compensation documents.
• Manage contract job bid procedures, postings, and shift preferences.
• Assist employees and agencies with employment and wage verification forms.
