Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking an experienced Human Resources / EHS Coordinator to develop, administer, and implement companywide safety programs and ISO management across divisions.

You will design, deliver safety training, perform site inspections, ensure OHSA compliance, and report incidents and recommendations to management.

Strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to manage multiple safety projects are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or community college diploma in a related field.
• At least ten years of safety experience in manufacturing.
• Safety certifications (CRSP, WHMIS, MSDS) are strong assets.
• Thorough knowledge of OHSA and workers' compensation laws.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Super HR.
• Supervisory and interpersonal skills required.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety orientation, training, site inspections and reporting.
• Monitor OHSA amendments and implement regulations.
• Perform safety compliance inspections and prepare written reports.
• Coordinate safety programs with divisions and teams.
• Provide training on WHMIS, Fall Protection, PPE, CPR/First Aid.
• Advise management on occupational safety issues.
• Develop safety standards in line with regulations.
• Direct accident and injury data analysis to improve programs.
