AAPCI is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support staff with recruiting, onboarding and HR compliance. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and guide hiring managers through decisions while maintaining legal and policy standards.

Key responsibilities include creating engaging job descriptions, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Spanish skills are a plus; the role requires strong organizational skills and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Execute full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring across multiple departments.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws; ensure policy compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Actively source qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Craft compelling job descriptions reflecting role requirements and culture.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring directors, including assessments.
• Extend offers and manage onboarding process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source, fill rate).
• Promote employer brand through various channels.
