Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a HR Generalist to support Pepperidge Farm’s Richmond, Utah bakery. You will handle employee relations, wage and salary administration, payroll, engagement, and benefits processes for a 500+ workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will also lead training, leave management, safety collaboration, and affirmative action planning, aligning with Lean and HPO initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum education preferred: BBA/BS in a related field.
• 10 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing, or 5–7 years with a related degree.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills; proficient with MS Office; SAP/Kronos/PeopleSoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive employee relations environment; investigate issues; enforce policies.
• Manage recruitment and selection for hourly and salaried positions; coordinate testing and pre-employment checks.
• Coordinate employee engagement events and communications; recognize service anniversaries; support diversity initiatives.
• Manage leave of absence requests (FMLA/ADA) and workers’ compensation with compliance.
• Oversee safety audits and collaborate with Safety Manager; support Lean transformation and change efforts.
• Lead hourly performance management and wage review processes; conduct annual wage surveys.
• Oversee benefits administration and annual enrollment; assist employees with issues; respond to separations.
