Job summary

Campbell Soup Company seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support its Pepperidge Farm Richmond, Utah plant. You will manage employee relations, wage/salary administration, payroll and engagement, while partnering with leadership to drive Lean initiatives and a High Performance Organization.

The role requires 10 years HR Generalist experience in manufacturing or 5–7 years with a related degree, plus strong communication and HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: BBA/BS in a related field.
• 10+ years HR Generalist experience in manufacturing or 5–7 years with related degree.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; SAP/PeopleSoft/Kronos experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive employee relations and resolve issues with fair, consistent discipline.
• Oversee recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, testing, offers and I-9 verifications.
• Coordinate employee engagement events and communicate HR initiatives.
• Manage leaves of absence per FMLA/ADA; administer Workers' Comp claims.
• Lead safety and Lean transformation collaboration with plant leadership.
• Deliver HR training programs (Frontline Leadership, operator training).
• Oversee hourly wage surveys and wage recommendations for the site.
