Parts Town LLC is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support benefits, employee relations, and payroll at our Pendergrass fulfillment center. You will be the culture champion and serve as a primary contact for team members, guiding initiatives that strengthen engagement and compliance.

In this fast-paced environment, you will investigate concerns, coach leaders, manage HR projects, and partner with recruitment to onboard talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in employee relations, investigations, and coaching.
• Experience supporting distribution center teams preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for employee relations inquiries.
• Serve as primary HR contact for benefits, payroll, and relations.
• Conduct thorough investigations in a timely manner.
• Lead culture events and HR process improvements.
• Assist with recruiting activities and onboarding.
• Utilize Ceridian Dayforce and Jira in day-to-day tasks.
