The HR Generalist – Employee Relations & Culture is responsible for managing day-to-day employee relations, supporting workplace engagement initiatives, and providing consistent HR support to operational leadership across multiple locations. This role partners with managers to resolve employee concerns, conduct workplace investigations, maintain HR documentation, coordinate engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and capable of balancing employee advocacy with business needs while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive workplace culture.
