Job summary

Next Level Mental Health Counseling in New York, NY, is seeking a People & Culture Associate to support onboarding, HR processes, and clinician lifecycle management. The junior role partners with the Director of People & Culture to ensure data accuracy and proactive communication in a fast-paced, values-driven practice.

This hybrid position offers a remote-4-days-per-week schedule with 1 in-office day in Midtown Manhattan, and opportunities to grow in HR, operations, or people-centered work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of administrative, HR support, or operations coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Paylocity, SimplePractice, or similar HR/practice management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Clinician lifecycle milestones are scheduled, tracked, and prepared in advance.
• Support HR initiatives and maintain systems for leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate onboarding, transitions, and employee inquiries with timely communication.
