Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our Business Performance capability within People Consulting in the US. Based in or serving US clients with a hybrid work model, you will lead behavioral change programs and advisory engagements for diverse clients, guiding teams across client sites and EY offices.

You’ll drive program delivery, partner with executives, and apply change management and analytics to shape organizational outcomes, while traveling as needed for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant field.
• 5-7 years in top-tier consulting.
• Technical skills in change management and experience design.
