Job summary

You will advise and implement behavioral change programs aligned with strategy and culture, with opportunities to influence drivers across client contexts.

Regular travel is required, and a hybrid work model is expected. You will lead delivery of programs, engage in client sessions, and support sales opportunities, including RFP responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or psychology.
• 5–7 years of consulting experience in a top tier firm.
• Change management and experience design skills.
• Strong communications and engagement strategy & delivery.
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis & modeling.
• Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
