Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced distribution team in Romulus, MI. You will coach staff, protect safety, and drive accountability and teamwork across daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Direct and supervise warehouse staff and review procedures for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and participate in hiring and performance reviews.
