Job summary

Medline is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced distribution team, focusing on employee development, engagement, safety, and building a culture of accountability and teamwork.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations—receiving, storing, and shipping—direct and mentor staff, drive productivity and quality, ensure accurate paperwork, and partner with customer service to resolve warehouse issues, while promoting Medline Core Values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping per procedures.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff; review procedures, space utilization, and equipment protection.
• Coach and mentor team on productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time; assist with safe work environment.
• Lead day-to-day activities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and support hiring and reviews.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
